Shipping Methods
You are welcome to visit our nursery on-site in Berhampore, Wellington, to purchase plants. Picking up your purchases is also easily done at any time from our premises- select ‘pick up’ in shipping options upon checkout and we will get in touch to arrange.
We use Courierpost to deliver purchases and plants are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays, in order to arrive at your door by Saturday.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or return due to change of mind. This is because shipping is expensive, and plants are easily damaged by improper conditions; some of our products are food items or ingested in some way, so not resaleable.
If the plant is damaged in transit or you feel it was not as advertised please contact us directly and we can discuss.
