Why are all of the gardens yellow?
It feels like the moment Autumn hits, the plants all seem miserable!

The equinox has come and gone,
changing our perspectives on the garden for the next three months. We have started waking up and getting ready for our days in the dark, as the days grow shorter.

Planting perennial edibles
We all wish we could miraculously pull a bundle of fresh herbs, fruit or vegetables out of the garden. On the upside, some plants are very rewarding, easy and delicious!

Rain... nearly!
Well, it's been a beautiful summer, and stinking hot. The temperature is lowering, at least in the evenings and mornings, and I daresay most of the garden is grateful. A spot of rain, though... please
